Brazilian buffet breakfast. In the morning you will leave for a full day unusual discovery of the city. You will stop at the Mercado Modelo, ancient customs building located closeby the harbour. Today it shelters an important handicraft market. Stop at the market São Joaquim. This great fair is a huge market for local products. Visit of the church Bonfim, the most characteristic of the religious syncretism, which is held here. The church is dedicated to Jesus and also considered as a cult place of Oxala, the supreme god in the Candomble of Bahia. It’s here where the little lucky ribbons are blessed. You will cross the districts of the Alagadas; these townships on stilts shelter a big part of the unlucky masses of the city. Continuation until the district of Cabula for lunch at Paraíso Tropical Restaurant. The restaurant is also a raising centre for combat roosters. You will taste only farm products. The dessert is a festival of tropical fruits. In the afternoon return to the residential districts along the beaches, stop at the shore of the sea to enjoy a fresh coconut under the palm trees.
